- TDTisha DornNov 17, 20251.0The manager at this McDonald's should be ashamed. I WENT to this McDonald's because it's closet to my home but it's just not worth it! Each time I've gone through the drive thru the workers are rude, or on their phones and don't recognize or acknowledge you because they are too deep in their phone conversations. The orders are always missing something, fries over cooked or cold, sandwiches, breakfast or lunch, are greasy and made sloppy. The straw that broke the camels back, today my burger was cold and raw! I'm afraid of what I may have ingested! I'm DONE!! Looking at all of the reviews, the managers must be aware, but do NOTHING about it. Not even the district manager must care. DONT PATRONIZE THIS MCDONALD'S! Things won't change unless they start to loose business but more importantly, YOU JEOPARDIZE YOUR HEALTH DOING SO.

Literally screaming profanities in front of my kids shouting dancing making videos extremely loud

With lines that seep out into the street to wait 40 minutes for a simple order, to reliably always forgetting an item (or three, or heck just half of the whole order) after your long wait, you can rely on this McDonald's to be the absolute worst. Every single time. Drive across town if you have to in order to avoid it.

Just left. This place specifically out of all the McDonalds i have been to is run very poorly, horrible customer service not the first time. I have had issues. Someone from corporate needs to undercover boss this store in particular rude and horrible customer service is the only way to describe it all the other McDonalds in pearland are much much better.

After waiting an unreasonable 35-40 minutes for curbside pickup, I received cold food with old fries and a baconless bacon quarter pounder. To add to the frustration, I couldn't file a complaint through the app because the store number wasn't on the receipt. This is unacceptable service for a fast-food restaurant.
