  Horrible staff. I walked in to pick up my mobile order . I waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Staff was loud rude, using bad language. Like having a party behind the counter. The skinny guy that was walking in to start his shift rolled his eyes at me and joined in the loud conversation being had. I smiled and said excuse me like 4 times. He then came to me said "yup". 5 minutes later.my food was ready. Will not be returning to this location. They must not need our business and thats ok .

  Rude employees employee in drive through is peeling pistachios in her mouth then spitting the shells In her hand and throwing them away while touching peoples food then threw all the sauces directly into our basket of fries. Also touching her face and scratching her nose. Waited over 30 minutes for food. Service is terrible and staff is rude went into store to talk to a manager and saw a person at checkout getting yelled at by a staff member over asking questions about drink size. Never got greeted or acknowledged or got to speak to anyone. Called store manager who gave a generic ok I’ll handle it bs. Store is garbage. Service is worse.

  Avoid. Placed an order at the drive thru with a code from the Mcd app. Clerk somehow then knew my name but said the code was invalid. Told to regenerate and the new code would not work. Told to do it again and app said I already used a code and to wait 5 minutes. Not going to back up the drive thru so I just placed an order for a 10 on nuggets at regular price. Got back to office to find out the 10 PC was only a 9 PC. Clerk at windows was not too concerned and never offered to get the manager. I do not like being disrespected as a customer.

  Took my sandwich back after finding a hair in between the patty and bun. The nice lady at the counter apologized and gave it to someone else so i could get a new one. Howeverrrrr, after they were done laughing and making fun of the cook with long hair who, and i can’t stress this enough, DOESNT HAVE A HAIR NET OR EVEN A HAT, they gave me a “new” sandwich in the same wrapper. I threw it right in the trash after leaving because I can only assume they took the hair out, put more mayo, then put it the same wrapper as the old one. It isn’t just disgusting; in my opinion it’s a health violation

  If I could give 0 stars for this Mc Donald's I would. In all categories. Service: I visited with my kids and choose a seating area in the playroom. When you are ordering your food, you can expect lots of attitude from the young employees there, zero respect or manners, and on top, you can experience how they make fun of drive thru customers, so loud that everyone inside can hear it. They making fun of people and at the same time ignoring the waiting customers inside. They are placing food on a waiting table, and let it just get cold. No calling numbers, no checking who ordered, nothing. I witnessed food which was sitting there for over 15 min. Food: You get served cold food, one drink of my 2 happy meals was missing and instead of mayonnaise they put bbq sauce in it, although I mentioned to please giving mayo for the kids two times. They just don't care. My Cappuccino was only half full, and loaded with 3x the necessary amount of sugar. Undrinkable. When I went up there to ask if I can maybe getting it topped with black coffee, they first ignored me and rolled their eyes when questioned. HOW IN THE WORLD DO PEOPLE LIKE THIS A JOB THERE ? Does the management not care at all? Atmosphere: children play area was dirty, floor was sticky. Restroom was not equipped with soap and don't get me started on the toilet itself. We will definitely not return. Worst McDonald's in town.
