  Terrible experience they forgot my sauce and I asked for small coke and small Dr Pepper they were different sizes hun and I am very disappointed that it took longer than 30 mins to get my food not having it

  I cat give zero stars but that’s really what they deserve! It’s a 24 hour McDonald’s and they stopped taking orders before 9:30pm. Sondra the manager is very rude and on her phone at the front counter!! I will no longer be coming here!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

  I visited the location off of Main st in Pearland and have never been treated worse. I simply asked the girl at the drive thru if I could have a cup holder as I had 3 beverages and she rolled her eyes, gave me one and slammed the drive thru window. I needed to order another drink and when I asked her she was visibly irritated and told me no that she doesn’t have a register and that I would have to drive back around the building, wait in line again and place a drink order. She then slammed the window again. I could hear her swearing from the window as she was irritated with my simple questions. I asked for a Mgr to address the problem and the Mgr Lori seemed disinterested regarding the situation and brushed it off with a sarcastic sorry. I mentioned that I previously worked at a McDs and was shocked at how employees are able to treat customers. When the Mgr stepped away from the window, I could still hear the original employee swearing and rolling her eyes and complaining about me and the situation. I could hear another employee telling her to just help me and order the drink and she replied with NO and more swearing. I proceeded to ask for Mgmt again so I could submit a complaint to a higher mgr or corporate. A different mgr comes to the window and he seemed more empathetic and apologized. During this time, I could hear the other Mgr Lori griping in the back ground saying UGH THIS GUY IS STILL HERE. CAN YALL GET HIM OUT OF HERE? The other mgr was attempting to get me the store managers number and Lori was telling him sternly to not give me the number and to only give me the store phone number. I let them know that I would be filing a formal complaint. I was just trying to order an additional drink and get the food that I had already paid for and felt like I was a huge bother and inconvenience.

  I live in the area of this mcdonalds and i rather drive an extra 10-15 miles to the other mcdonalds than to come here. The staff is horrible always bad attitude. The food is always cold and prepared badly. Its been the same way for the past 5+ years Please do something about this location. Both managers ive come across at this location seem very lazy and always in such a bad mood. The workers take notes from them because alot of them are the same way. Ive come here for dine in/ take out and even delivery its alwayssss the same.

  This was one of the most disgusting dining experiences we have ever had. The food was cold, and the service was extremely slow, even though we were the only family there at the time. The employees were disrespectful and did not follow proper service procedures—they were supposed to bring the food to our table using the assigned number, but they did not. This experience was very disappointing, and we will never return to this location.
