After calling- you told me you needed a picture or for me to drive back to show you the bread. Even after I told you that I drove 35 min JUST to go pick up my sandwiches from Jimmy John’s. I couldn’t provide a picture because I had no other choice then to eat my sandwiches bc I was starving. I saw you take breads out of the toaster that were burned. I trusted you would throw those away and you didn’t. You actually gave them to me and prob someone else. You are very dishonest for not admitting this and instead telling me to change the way I order. I order the same sandwich and just press “reorder” on the app. I’ve never had this issue. Anywho- if Joan gave you a burned bread sandwich on Friday Jan 30 around 7-7:30 speak up! She refused to remake my sandwiches for pick up another day or give me any credit.

I usually enjoy Jimmy John’s, but what really upset me was the manager’s response. Instead of listening, she insisted the sandwich had avocado—as if she were the one eating it. Very rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, this experience ruined my dinner and my desire to return.
