Walked in and not acknowledged, even though there were two workers there, once one came over and we ordered, we were told 15 minutes, which is understandable bc no pretzel bites were ready. We waited and they were BURNT. Then they just came to the counter and yelled pretzels, only us and one other party was in there. These two young ladies definitely need customer service/relations training. They spoke more to each other friendly, than the customers. Within that 15 mins i witnessed two other transactions. They absolutely do not need to be dealing with the public or maybe they need a responsible manager there to lead them. Bad service, burnt pretzel bites, and not fully blended smoothie.
