Yes, the smoothies taste fine — but if they forget to include a frozen fruit you requested, the only thing you’ll get is bad attitude and hostility. This is not how a reputable business should operate.

Having worked in customer service myself, I know that a simple smile and “welcome” can go a long way, but that seems to be missing here. On my most recent visit, I had pre-ordered two smoothies online. Despite there being no other customers in the lobby, I ended up waiting over 15 minutes because the employee behind the counter was more focused on cleaning than on my order. She had to remake my smoothie three times, and not once did she apologize for the mistake or the delay. Customer service is just as important as the product, and unfortunately this location falls short. I truly hope management provides better training, because experiences like this are why the store has only a 3.5 rating — and it’s not a good look.

The staff is rude, unmotivated, and openly hostile to customers who are just trying to order. The atmosphere is so unprofessional that it overshadows the product itself. I’ve had to literally stop myself from tossing my smoothie back at employees who clearly don’t even want to be there. If nothing changes, this store will be the downfall of the brand in this area.
