    I had the best experience at curbside pick up today. The young lady that helped me with autumn. She was super friendly stacked my groceries and they never do that. She smiled, and she was super pleasant. She even declined my tip. They never do that. Thanks for all your hard work autumn and H-E-B.

    purchased gift cards as christmas presents a week prior to christmas. the cashier stated the card "didnt scan" and having a retail background we looked at eachother and thought "i know he didnt just swap the card that actually scanned, for a dead one. well 1/22 the recepient of the card let us know it was empty, nothing. my gf went to speak to a manager about the situation which they wrre zero help and stated there was nothing they could do about it. well saturday i got time and will be in to speak with that manager. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS THE CASHIER MIGHT JUST SWAP THE CARD AND KEEP THE LOADED ONE. im sure most are honest but luckily i know what this cashier looked like and we will get our money back and file a claim with corporate to investigate this location as the manager not taking it seriously is a major red flag. see you soon...

    I’ve been going to this HEB for years. Always had a good experience. But lately… I’m at the end of the line. Several weeks ago I had a small handheld basket with about 9 items. I organize my baskets very neatly, and there was no one ahead of me, so I figured it would save time and be fine to place my basket on the checkout belt for the cashier to scan. The employee takes one look, picks up the basket, and dumps it upside down on the belt. All my items dumped out and got turned upside down. I had several items damaged by this, and it was also incredibly disrespectful and rude. I understand maybe that’s not how cashiers prefer you to unload your items, but in our society we use our words and communicate that respectfully. I was so shocked I didn’t say anything. But every time I go to HEB now I think about that encounter and try to remember who it was. In addition to that, last time I went to the bakery, all the cakes frostings were melted and drippy, cakes all kinds of messed up and uneven, but yet being sold at the same price as an actually nice cake. The bakery employees were also yelling at everyone looking at the display case trying to get them to hurry up and order. I’m pretty done with this HEB.
