It's a nice store. Not familiar with the layout it seemed to be all over the place. That's the first time I've ever been in an H-E-B plus which I was expecting it to be bigger for a plus size store.

Last Friday—The seafood boil here was right on time! Fresh snow crab, lobster tail, corn, potatoes, and sausage — everything perfectly seasoned and absolutely satisfying. I left with a full heart (and an even fuller stomach). H-E-B Pearland never disappoints — whether it’s groceries, seafood, or just friendly faces. A true Texas treasure!

Heb recently changed their frozen potstickers from 32 per box to 28 per box while keeping the price the same. They thought this would go unnoticed... But I noticed. I feel like this is a betrayal of my trust and my love of potstickers. I emplore Courtney Hartman in pricing to take a look at this serious issue and take the appropriate steps to regain the trust of us supposedly "valued" customers. Everything else is awesome! Thanks!!

Worst location ive ever been too. First off why close the cafe??? Second off this security guy faulted me for moving my car after getting gas and "loitering" He saw me walking around the parking lot because It was a nice day today and I walked to the verizon store and back so maybe he woke up on the wrong side of the bed or something but I don't play with security who leave their shit all over the place and harass instead of doing their job.

I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed with the H-E-B on Business Center Boulevard. The service was absolute trash — an embarrassment to what’s supposed to be a reputable store. I placed my curbside order before 10 AM, showed up around 7:56–7:58 PM, and didn’t leave until 8:32 PM. That’s over 30 minutes of waiting for something that should’ve been ready hours earlier. At the 20-minute mark, I tried calling the store — no one answered. I called back and got rerouted to random customer service because apparently, no one at the store could bother to pick up the phone. Even then, the person who tried to help me had to wait another 10 minutes just to reach someone at the store. When I finally walked up to the door to ask about my order, an employee told me they were “putting it together.” Five minutes later, someone else came out to say they’d actually put a hold on my order and forgot to gather my groceries. Are you serious? When I asked who the manager was, the guy told me, “John.” Then as he walked away, he said “John or James,” and mumbled something under his breath — completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I work in retail, and my company does curbside pickup too, so I know how important that service is for customers. This was not customer service — it was disorganized, careless, and flat-out disrespectful. Own up to your mistakes. Treat your customers with the respect they deserve. Because what I experienced tonight was pathetic.
