We took it back (with only two bites out of the entire pizza to show how unsatisfied we were) and asked for a remake or a refund. The two employees defensively said that undercooking a pizza is hard to do and shrugged us off. Even the manager dismissed our complaint and said it was our fault because we didn’t click “well done.” Um… doughy, mushy crust is not standard. I’ll be driving past this location to find a better one next time. So disappointed.
