  Do not come here. Paid $5.40 for a medium blizzard and it was only filled 2/3 of the way.

  Waited at the register for 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged us. Just employees literally running around servicing the drive thru and people already sitting down. It take 2 seconds to say “we’ll be with you shortly” Decided to just leave and head to marble slab. Love me some marble slab. Owner is super friendly too!

  Went to the drive-through window and there were only a couple of cars in line but when I pulled up to order, I was asked to wait and I did for a good 10 minutes. At one point I said "hello" and a voice came on and said "be with you as soon as we can". Then I get to the window and pay and wait five minutes and then I'm asked to pull up to wait some more for my food. And there's hardly anyone here. Not sure what they were doing, but avoid this place. The service is awful.

  I sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes but no employee ever spoke. So I went inside and stood at the counter for another 5 minutes but no employee acknowledged me or cared to take my order. They literally ignored me! They just sat around talking amongst themselves. So I left and went elsewhere. The disrespect and ignorance shown by the employees reflects poorly on management and Diary Queen as a whole. No wonder they have a bunch of 1 star reviews here lately. The customer service is atrocious! Avoid this location

  Placed a order on there website and doordash was supposed to deliver it, about 20min later i get a phone call from the store the person stated that he was the manager and that 3 doordash drivers have gon to the store to pick up the order and that he already gave it to one of them and he was tiered of so many dashers asking for my order that he is sick of people like me placing orders online that its my responsibilityto contact doordash to get my money back because he was not makingthe order again, i told him that i have nothing to do with it i placed the order on there website why do i have to contact them i would believe you cancel the order so i can get my money back or they should contact doordash so they can issue the refund this was all very rude i told him he needs to work on his customer service so he hangup on my face, i was not mad about it things happened it's the attitude that he had like its my fault and i had to deal with it, this manager his extremely unprofessional
