    My daughter was getting over the flu and finally building back a decent appetite. We ordered through the app for drive thru pick up. Unfortunately there was an unexpected guest in my bowl. I called to have money refunded and they initially only wanted to refund my bowl, and after a bit of back and forth I got all my money back.

    So I waited patiently on the white lady customer with 3 orders and was on the phone getting the orders from whoever. The server is being very generous with her portions, like generous. I step up there and her mood changes to cold as ice, felt like I didn’t belong. Literally put 6 pieces of chicken in my bowl, half a spoon of black beans and sprinkle of cheese. By the way, the white lady’s card got declined 4 times and couldn’t even pay her bill 😂

    I wanted to try out this location on 11/16/25 at 5:15pm The server had an attitude When I asked for extra veggies. She grabbed two pieces from the veggie container Will not be retuning to this location Management should be on top of customer service.
