    Worst Bdubs ever, been eating Bdubs since 2004 in several states. Every time this location has no hostess we wait and wait at the door for no service. No one The bartender refused us service saying we had to wait on a waitress that rolled flatware staring at us instead of helping. Disgusting to be treated this way with a restaurant full of people clearly getting service. I’m going to call corporate

    My daughter had a terrible experience last night. She placed a pickup order, but when she arrived to collect it, she was told it had already been picked up. The staff insisted this never happens to them and maintained that the order was gone. She explained that she had not sent anyone to pick it up, yet instead of taking responsibility, they made her feel as though she was lying. The manager did not help the situation and only made her feel worse by insisting that they had never experienced a similar issue. Eventually, they agreed to remake the order, but she was made to wait far longer than necessary.

    I visited this location 1/1/26 i was passing through right after the mall. Food was great service was great. just had a small issue with silverware & beer which i believe when asking the blonde manager he just ignored me, so i asked another server semi tall girl with long braids ponytail. Also ignored. I really loved visiting this location i just don’t wanna eat boneless wings with my hands. my beer ended up getting there after the food. waitress blonde girl said she was waiting on bartender to serve it so she could bring it to me. bless her heart because from the looks of this place everyone looks like they don’t like this job. especially the manager with the blonde hair. I don’t blame my waitress i blame the ignorant people

    I placed an online order on January 12th for this location. The wait was long but expected as there was a Texans game going on that evening. AFTER waiting an hour and a half for my food, I asked for an update and after they checked with the kitchen they informed me that they did not have the cauliflower wings I ordered. I asked for a refund and was told by the manager that I needed to get my refund from the BWW website as the restaurant could not refund an online order. I submitted my case on the website that same night and was told that the owner of the bar would contact me. I have repeatedly asked for a follow up and I still have not heard from the bar owner. This restaurant has taken my money and did not even provide me the food I ordered. I would NOT recommend this establishment to anyone as I have not received any sort of customer service either at the restaurant or online. My next step is to take this incident to the BBB as I believe they might be running a scam. BEWARE!

    Lessons learned: 1. Don't use the app to order. 2. It is "on you" if they screw up your order. Expect them to tell you so. 3. You are expected to tip for poor service because the cashier's depend on it. 4. Don't tip until service is rendered. 5. Do not fool yourself into believing that they are working on your order. Follow up. 6. When checking your order, make sure you open boxes and open the burger bun. 7. If you place an order two days early, schedule an hour and a half of lead time if you plan on picking up your meal. I used the app to place my order on Friday morning to be ready for pickup on Sunday at 230 pm. I called Saturday afternoon to change pickup time to 130 on Sunday. I arrive Sunday at 135 for pickup. I was told it was not ready. They would need another 15 to 20 minutes. I asked that they text as I could not leave my 93 yo father in the car that long. Twenty minutes passed so I went back in. They said they have no ticket for my order. A guy named Eric who I believe is a supervisor said that I ordered it last night and that it was made then. I told him that was not correct. He said, "that's on you." He said the best he can do is have them make it now and put a rush on it. I showed him the confirmation email with the order placed at 747 am on Friday. Before he left me I told him that I want the tip refunded. He asked me how he should do that. I pointed to the cash register and said to pull cash from there. He then said that the tip is for the cashiers and do I want to take money away from them. Yeah, that's what he said. Buffalo wild wings screws up and I should leave a tip. I asked that he bring the food to my car when it was done. He said he would. At a little past 230, one hour after it should have been ready he brought it out and apologized for the wait. He asked that I give them another chance as a customer and offered a pledge of a $25 credit. He took my name and number to come back and ask for him or his manager to make it good. I quickly checked to see that nothing was missing from my order. I didn't say much. I wanted to get home and watch the game. I missed the entire 1st quarter. Once I got home one of the all American cheese burgers had a dry bun with 2 patties and cheese. No mayo, lettuce, onions or pickles. How is that for a swift pick in the rear. At least my dad enjoyed his burger. I found some ketchup at home for my dry burger.
