I came to your Buffalo Wild Wings location at 9005 Broadway St. Pearland, TX and had the most awful service. I only came because I was sent a reward for 6 free wings for my birthday. Come to find out the system was down so I could not even get my birthday wings. I sat down with my children to get my kids dinner. I asked if I could order my wings online but still dine in. The server said no. I said why not she said she could call the manager to explain. The manager came out told me if I ordered online I would have to eat my food on the patio which I thought was very unfair but was a bit concerned as it was cold outside and I had my two small children with me. I went on ahead and ordered online. I decided I would order my drinks in the restaurant. It was prior to 6pm before the drink special ended when I tried to place my drink order. The server in the patio area expressed to me that she was clocked out and only came early to watch the game. So I went out to seek another waiter to order my drinks. When I did I noticed the same waitress that said she was not on the clock grabbing four menus and walking another customer to her table. Once the waitress noticed that I seen her sitting down another customer she said oh im just going to clock in early. So I came back to my table to order my drinks. By then the serve said it was to late to order the my $4 blue long Island drink as it was past the time. I told her that was very unfair to me and that this is why I went to order my drink when I went to order it. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager came again. I told the manager about the awful experience i was having and on my birthday. He acted as though it was not there fault. He told me there was nothing he could do. I told him you know what just bring my kids there drinks. No one once came to see if my kids needed a refill. I had to ask them but they checked on every other table. I went to check to see if my oder was ready at 6:10 pm like it said online. The guy at the register said he was just trying to call people as they came out. I sent my son to wait for the wings. He did not come back with our wings until almost 6:40 pm. When we finally got our order they forgot to include our carrots and celery sticks. My son asked the waitress for a refill twice and the waitress waited on everyone besides my kids. I had to get up out of my seat to request a manager. When I got up to speak to a manger finally rene the waitress decided to go get my drinks. Then she tried giving them to me. I told her my kids are at the table waiting for them. You can take them to them. She said I am not. I told the manager the lady refused to bring my drink. He said he would talk to his employee. I still waited another 30 minutes for them to finally bring my kids drinks. I had to fight them to bring me my bill to pay for my two drinks. I finally got my bill after fighting with them for almost 30 minutes. I dont know if this restaurant is under staffed or poorly managed but it shows. I have had ten time better service at center court pizza in meridiana. This is the most awful establishment and the worst service. I will never be back and I will be sure to let everyone I know about this awful experience. There is no customer service in this establishment what so ever. Even walmart treats there customers better.

Don’t order online, apparently the computer doesn’t give the staff the entire order, you can’t use coupons, and the staff doesn’t really care, which tells me it’s been like that, or there are always issues.
The crazy part was I ordered at 3 pm when no one was in there, 2 people at the bar, and me, and I still had to wait 30 minutes past when the order was supposed to be ready.
I blame ownership and management for THE WORST experience I’ve had at BWW ever.

They desperately need a more efficient system to handle the volume of online orders. Every single time I walk in here to pick up for a third-party delivery app, they're backed up and the staff has nearly no sense of urgency. Customers stand around in a huge herd, and staff will talk to the same complaining customer for up to 10 minutes sometimes while everyone else hasn't been helped yet. I've waited here for 40 minutes before on a random night, not even a day where it's busy. What's even worse, I'd wait and when the food was ready they wouldn't even bother to call my name so I'd have to get through the crowd and pretty much flag down a staff member to pay attention and care. You need at least two staff members at the station at all times, or don't have takeout be an option at all because I've never had a worse experience anywhere else.

I took me and my family here and first of all the food took over 40mins to come out and when it came out the food was completely cold. When we ask the manager with blonde hair to take it back and get us FRESH food he took the food with an attitude and brought us back reheated fries and also the wings we ordered and onion rings were still cold. This was one of my worst experiences ever at a restaurant. Please refrain from eating at this location concerning these conditions!

We came in on January 1st, 2026, and from the moment we walked in, the customer service was poor. There was no host at the stand, and after waiting for quite a while with no acknowledgment, we had to seat ourselves.
Our drinks took about 20 minutes to arrive because our waitress forgot to put them in (short Mexican woman with blonde hair and black grown-out roots). Our food then took over 30 minutes, and when it finally came out, the wings and fries were cold, which made it obvious they had been sitting out after being forgotten as well.
We brought these issues to the manager’s attention (dyed blonde curly hair), but he showed no concern or urgency to resolve the situation. Throughout the hour and a half we were there, he was more focused on watching the game than managing the restaurant or addressing customer complaints. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
