- EEedvinlolDec 26, 20254.0Going to be completely honest with you. I got off work today and was planning to get some ice cream, I ordered online and went to pick up my food. Guy said they had no bananas left and was like is there anyway I can cancel it on my end. I was like I can’t and then just asked for a replacement of something else. Which mind you was cheaper, the guy gets only 2 scopes of the ice cream for the chocolate part of it and forgets the cookies and cream. Like bro I already paid for 11$ worth of ice cream and now you just shorting even more when I was being respectful and decided to get these 3 scopes instead just to receive two. I got no whip cream and I don’t even know honestly if there was any hot fudge on it. Then to make it even worse when I was about to leave the other guy working there was cutting up a banana. So they definitely did have the products in store. THEY LIED, and SHORTED ME of what I wanted. I use to be a regular customer here and it was great but the recent staff here for night shift is horrible, whoever is the guy with glasses please fire him or something just because your day is bad doesn’t me you have to make someone else’s day worse and lie to them. I already got the photos and receipts of everything. Just watch out for a 5’9 looking guy with glasses that is white on night shift. Most horrible experience ever! Edit: came here second time, I was able to resolve it with the store manager, and get everything sorted out, thank you guys so much for helping me out. ❤️

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
