Best Arbys in the area. The employees are super nice and the store is clean. In October, they always decorate with fun skeletons!

Kept seeing a commercial about the new steak bites and my goodness they didn’t disappoint. I got the 5 piece and a drink. They were hot, juicy, and full of flavor! I should have ordered more. Dipped them in bar b q sauce and it hit the spot. Gotta go back because I know they are selling them for a limited time. Oh and shout out to the lady at the drive thru window. Excellent customer service.

Geeez. The guy at the drive thru "named Order Taker" really needs to go to customer service training before interacting with ANY humans. YOU work there, which is why I asked you questions that, as a customer, I would not know the answers to. The rudeness for explanation of the $4.99 meal deal was not needed. So, to add cheese its double the price of the meal. Got it. I will say the Steak nuggets are small for $6 but very good though.

Service was terrible and it’s that way the 2 times I’ve been a chubby taller gentleman was rude orders a certain lemonade never called me to say it was ready so when I went for napkins midway finishing my food and I asked if the drink was mine and he was like well did you order it in a rude tone (many other people in there could’ve been anybodys and my number or name wasn’t called) this was a month ago fast forward today we weren’t greeted (when given my money he crumbled it and folded my receipt) 3 customers came in behind us (all the same race) he greeted them, very kind over the top nice and told them all if they needed anything to let him know he’ll gladly help ( I needed a small to go bag went up to asl for one he had a very annoyed face at me gave it to me I said thank you & he was hush quite no your welcome) but the service and demeanor was very ugly and different towards me and my mother vs the other costumers it was obvious and not a good feeling jobs should always be professional regardless of how you feel towards a customers skin tone and race
