Their gluten-free rice flour crepes provide that signature light, crisp base that holds up perfectly to customization. On my latest visit, I grabbed my usual favorites, tweaked exactly how I like them. Tokyo Pork Belly (The Savory Custom) The Tokyo Pork Belly is a savory powerhouse, but I like to brighten it up. • The Build: Tender braised pork belly, fresh avocado, and kimchi. • The Twist: I skip the mayo and swap in Dijon mustard instead. The tang of the mustard cuts through the richness of the pork belly perfectly, and since the kimchi is mild rather than spicy, the flavors stay balanced and fresh. Dulce de Leche (The Sweet Custom) For dessert, the Dulce de Leche is my "delicious as usual" pick, but I keep it fruit-forward and clean. • The Build: Smooth milk caramel and fresh bananas. • The Twist: I pass on the nuts and whipped cream, adding blueberries instead. The pop of the berries against the creamy caramel and banana makes for a sweet finish that isn't overly heavy. The Verdict The best part about 8 Turn is how well they handle these swaps. Whether it’s the zing of the Dijon or the extra hit of fruit, the quality is always consistent. It’s a five-star meal every single time.   Totally able to customize. We got sushi style. One scrambled egg and goat cheese, one shrimp and avocado. We shared. They were both excellent! They also have gelato 😋, but we were too full for I'm the crepes to try any.

  Had a wonderful experience today at the Pearland location. The egg and goat cheese crepes (sushi style) were delicious. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!

  The first time I came here was the best ever I had been dying to go back ever since. I’m from Willowbrook area so I never am around the area to go, finally this past weekend me and my husband and kids go, we order 2 Philly cheese steak crepes and 2 pork belly crepes all with extra meat and avocado. We were the last ones people for the night and I know they were waiting on us to leave, we waited a bit for our food almost 35 min but I was excited and was not bothered. I didn’t get to check my food as i knew they were ready to leave and by not it was pass their closing time. I kid u not everything was cold I ordered extra meat and Avacado and it was as if they rolled it with nothing. I am beyond disappointed and upset , we drove 45 min bc was sure that’s what I wanted to eat. Was such an absolute waste . So upset. That’s insane , like what did I wait for ? Nothing apparently

  I’ve been here multiple times, and unfortunately the experience has been inconsistent. The service is very slow, even when it’s not that busy, which makes the wait frustrating. It also seems like they constantly change staff, and that shows in the quality. The food is not consistent at all—sometimes it’s good, but other times it’s completely different from what you expect. Overall, the lack of consistency in both service and food makes it hard to recommend. I really hope they improve their operations because the concept has potential.
