  My experience with this location was great. Everything was made correctly as asked and the employees had a good attitude. My only dislike with Dunkin is the lack of sugar free varieties.

  Got there 12 mins before their closing time of 8pm. They were closed with workers inside. In the past always had an issue with the drive though. No one ever monitors it!

  I had a great experience i placed an online order and what i bought is not what i thought i ordered one of dunkin’s nice employees didn’t even hesitate to make me the drink i wanted, i forgot to catch the young girls name but businesses need more kind employees like this!

  So annoyed. My order was wrong and it was too late i already left. I specifically ordered less pump of syrup but when i checked the sticker and receipt, it was regular amount of syrup pumps. Im trying to monitor my sugar consumption and this happens. The lady who took my order understood i said less pump but theyre not good at punching the order on the cash register. Somebody else prepared the coffee so basically i got a noncustomized serving with regular sugar. The staff needs more training here, its not just about how to make coffee but how to take a coffee order correctly.
