  Please stay away from this place! $38 and the burger patties were old and dry. I would have never served those patties to anyone it I was working here. Absolutely horrible. They also claimed they can't give refunds. Please stay away from this place.

  Pleasee go somewhere else. This location has gone downhill. Really poor management, no quality control, employees running around in the parking lot. 3rd time that apperantly ice cream machine is down or system is down. DO SOMETHING MANAGEMENT

  I have frequently been met with poor service at this location. If you go inside the store, they make you wait a long time to even take your order. Rcently I went in to the drive-through 20 mins before closing time and they just shut off the lights without a word. Don't go here

  I’m really disappointed with my experience here. The drive-thru wait was over 20 minutes just for ice cream, which is far longer than expected. Unfortunately, the customer service made it worse. The staff came across as unfriendly, avoided eye contact, and didn’t engage in a welcoming or professional manner. There was also confusion during payment, as one employee refused to handle cash due to concerns about being accused of wrongdoing, which felt unusual and unprofessional. Additionally, the portion size was not what I expected—I ordered a medium cone, and it was noticeably smaller than standard. Overall, this visit did not meet expectations in terms of both service and product quality. I hope management takes the time to address these concerns and improve the customer experience.

  They no longer serve hotdogs of any kind, and no longer serve chillie cheese frys. They guy had to ask for my order three times, and still didn't get it right. They didn't have the chilies cheese dog so I was going to go with the chicken basket, but they where out of that, so I was going to just get a medium snickers and recese blizzard, but they where out of the recese... so I went with Oreo and snickers instead, and they gave me Oreo and m&m. Normally I would be to perturbed, but with everything else I had to post something. The only things I ordered were the blizard and two sodas.... they could have at least gotten the blizzard correct with only having that as a food item on my ticket. And no, they aren't super busy, there is no one in the building, and there was one person in front of me.
