  My favorite Chipotle ever! They get it right every time 😍 So so glad they built this new one! The other one down 518 definitely completely lost quality & taste.

  I’ve been to this location several times, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently underwhelming. The food is just okay, but the chips are often stale, which is disappointing. They don't bother to clean the tables, so I can't imagine how dirty their soda machines must be. Even when there are very no customers in the restaurant, the staff often seem bothered by orders and give off the impression that you’re interrupting them rather than serving you. The atmosphere feels unwelcoming, and some employees come across as unfriendly or even rude. Overall, it’s not a place I enjoy going to anymore. I’d rather drive a little farther and wait in the long line at the location off 288 because the staff there are noticeably friendlier and more pleasant, which makes a big difference in the experience. I don't recommend this location!

  I see why this place only has 3 stars, me and mom went the portion size was great which i was surprised. The bill sounded kind of expensive and when i go the receipt and went to my table they charged me for gauc, which i hate gauc and my mom would never spend $2.75 almost $3 for guac. So i went up there the lady that made the bowls was nice and everything, but she said you had gauc i said no i didn't, she said yes i did, i went asked mom did u have guac she said no went back the lady said i had guac on the first bowl, basically calling me a liar in a nice tone. So i had to open both our bowls and bring them up there to show we sure didn't have guac. Then proceeded to wait as they kept serving ppl because it was a little busy as they didn't give me my refund and i stood there after they served 3 more ppl. I was like i need my refund which i already said. then they served 2 more or so, went to get manager. The manager eventually came i had to tell her what they overcharged me for while they still stood there and checked out 2 more ppl. My food was lukewarm almost cold by the time i ate and i don't know if it was already that way or from having to wait so long. It sucks cuz the potion sizes were good, food was good. They weren't rude, but lacked the customer service. Im assuming they weren't trained right and they all looked super young like it was their first job. Even the manager looked young. I would have just liked them to acknowledge that hey i messed up and not make me have to wait where food got almost cold.

  45 minutes after my order was supposed it be ready, I was still waiting for them to make it. Apparently they ran out of food? Im sure it was a staffing issue but how does that happen. I wasnt the only one as there was 7 cars in the drive through and 10 more people waiting inside. I left without my order and now I am dealing with the corporate office trying to get a refund since they do not give refunds in store. I like Chipotle but do better!!

  I live close by and buy food from here often. The only complaint I see here is that the quantity changes everytime. The scoops of guacamole, bean and protein also changes everytime. Onetime, the bowl is overwhelming and other time its small. Not sure why they have so much variation on their portions. Today I bought sofritas and they put only 3/4th of the spoon. I dont see this on Chipotle near 288 and Broadway. They should take care of this.
