  Had to try their new chipotle lime sauce with Pastor meat. If it’s too much to eat at one sitting recommend saving half for later.

  Went into this store first off no greeting secondly out of steak (like most chipotles) had a little more than 2 spoon fulls which was some pieces were old and medium rare so I ask for them to put it back on the grill and they refused too so I ask for extra protein and the young man had a spoon full left but wanted to charge me for a full portion I refused so he went to the to go area to get some from there and the manager told him he couldn’t get it from there and then told me it would be 7 min for fresh steak so I waited while I watched the other employee cook more steak well when he’s finished and cuts the steak up they give me some half done steak as you see in the picture below I ask the manager to cook my portion more he said NO HE COULDNT DO THAT so I ask him for his name and he replied “ I DONT HAVE TO GIVE IT TO YOU” as a chipotle customer I know some pieces of steak may have a little pink but not this much the manager continues to tell me this is not a restaurant and I ask well what is this he replies a fast food restaurant I WAS FLOORED so I’m assuming he means they cook it fast and that’s it and that’s all DO NOT IF THE MANAGER SUCKS AT LEADING AND HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AS WELL !!! THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE!!! I went to the Orem location not far from there and take a look at their steak … COOKED AS YOU SEE ON THE LAST PICTURE NOTE: everybody don’t eat half raw meat 🥩

  I just left this location at 1:39PM. I came here because it’s closer to me than the other location further down Broadway. I instantly regretted this decision after having to ask for more portions in my bowl AND seeing the cashier (female, white, glasses) make multiple orders while wearing gloves and never changing/taking them off to collect payments. I’ll gladly go down a lil further to get better service. Won’t be back.

  Worst location to order. Always sending wrong order/missing items when ordering online. Management needs to provide better customer service and training.
