I always order through the app and when I get to redeem guac and chips with my points, I find that I never received these items when I pick it up and always have to ask someone for it. In my most recent order, I asked for guacamole inside my burrito bowl but that was missing too! I'm frustrated because the guacamole isn't a free add on for the bowls, its an extra $2!
