- IPI see places5 days ago3.0Was there a week or so ago…. And one worker seemed to have not had the chick-fil-a spirit. I got his name and he did not seem to be a team player. I noticed how he was somewhat nonchalant and seemed to not wanna help others …. I mean I thought chick-fil-a was all team. Well Mr. Antonio was noticed. He stuck out. Food was good but it didn’t feel like a happy chick-fil-la.

I was in her way as she must’ve been training someone and she goes out of her way to say “well you’re blocking the door” instead of saying anything else. Had she asked I could’ve informed her I was finishing up my conversation in the play area and was planning to return to my table. But again I was just in her way.

I arrive to pick it up in the drive through around 10:25, mind you breakfast closes at 10:30. So I wait in the line and confirm my order over the speaker at 10:31 with the worker and they tell me to pull forward. When I get to the actual window at 10:44 they tell me that they can’t serve me breakfast anymore. 1. If I have a mobile order, why isn’t my food already prepared? 2. Why isn’t that communicated at the speaker when you first talked to me? 3. If you see the time my order was placed, why not accommodate the customer? My time was wasted & I won’t ever be back. Side note: the lady at the front was very nice about it. It just wasn’t any resolution that I wanted. They offered me to order on the lunch menu or a refund. As if I didn’t just sit in this drive thru for almost 20 mins wasting gas, with the mindset I was getting breakfast.
