  I was in the area running errands so I stopped in and ordered pickup from the parking. My pickup time was 6:31pm. I went in the restaurant at that time and gave my name for my order. The young man turned around to the counter, looked through the bags and told me it wasn't ready. I sat down and waited. Several people walked in and out picking up their orders. Twice someone came frome the kitchen area and handed the young man orders. Literally 37 minutes later I asked again if my order was ready. He went to the kitchen came back with my order. I left got home and the food was ice cold and the nachos looked like compiled leftovers from other people's dine in orders that they threw shredded cheese and and microwaved. Absolutely horrible food and service.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was extremely poor from start to finish. Our food arrived cold, and my order was incorrect—not once, but three separate times. On top of that, it took an unreasonable amount of time for both food and drinks to come out. I was also told that the general manager is new, which unfortunately showed. There was a clear lack of urgency and customer care. The manager came across as uninterested and dismissive, which only made the situation more frustrating. Overall, the experience was far below expectations. I hope management takes the necessary steps to improve both service quality and leadership at this location.

  I cant believe how bad this place is customer service wise. Where is the manager on duty? Absolutely terrible service! I was sitting at the front of the door and every customer is literally waiting for someone to attend them to sit down. Nobody is in charge at this place. Its super disappointing. 4 times ive been here and every time I come im disappointed again and again and again. Waitress was beyond terrible. She never came to check back on us, we had to ask her for refills multiple times, my beer took 30min, our food order was screwed up but she did fix it. We had to ask for napkins...I mean come on now... if I wanted to serve my self I would of just stayed home. Lastly I had to get someone else to get my check because my waitress left home. She didnt even have the respect to present who would take care us. Super super disappointed and will make sure to share this all over town that this place is absolutely the worst customer service restaurant. Even the team member was rolling her eyes with her own team mates actions. Where are the managers at this store???? I hope corporate see this review!

  To start this location has no hostess. Horrible service, we have come 3 times because the restaurant in itself is very nice with all the screens to watch sports but that’s the only positive thing I can say about this location. We tried to give it a chance for the 3rd time but this is the last time we come. The 3 times we have come the service has been HORRIBLE. The employees always seem very stressed and unhappy to be there. Tonight we visited and it was not busy but the service was still very slow. Our waitress left before even checking us out. We waited and waited probably 20 mins before we had to flag down another waitress to get our ticket. Do not recommend.

  I visited Buffalo Wild Wings and had a very disappointing experience due to extremely poor customer service. The bartender and manager seemed inattentive and unmotivated, while the servers were left running all over the restaurant trying to keep up with drinks and food, with little to no organization. Drinks, including beers were sitting at the bar for at least 15–20 minutes. Both the bartender and manager clearly saw them but made no effort to deliver them to the tables. I spoke with a manager and his response to my concerns was dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of teamwork, urgency, and basic customer care made for a very frustrating visit.
