    First off a lady who took our order was rude and cut us off. Ordered coconut cream slush… gave me a coconut slush with whip cream? No idea why they don’t know what one of their menu items are. Never coming here again also took over 20 minutes to get our order. Also for future reference a coconut cream slush is blue coconut mixed with half slush mix and half ice cream.

    The touchscreen at checkout was not responding to my touch and I was over charged. I let the attendant know and Juana came out and let me know what she would do to take care of me. Juana gave excellent customer service. I want management to know she deserves a raise.

    This sonic needs to have better equipment. I went to go pay for my food my pretzel twist and my limeade drink and their machine would not work. I showed the lady that I had money in my account and my card was not declining at all and that it was their machine, not working. I had no other form of payment on Me so I asked the lady what do we do because it’s not my car it’s yawls machine and the manager comes out that you need to give the food back, but I had already eaten it. The manager is rude and disrespectful and nobody was asking her to pay for my food I have my own money in my account. Freaking ridiculous. Update your freaking equipment.
