  I am very unhappy writing this review. Although I've loved this McDonald's location for over a decade I hate to say I have been what I consider wronged. Approximately 1 hour ago I placed my order at the drive through, after waiting about 15-20 minutes I reach the 2nd window and maybe understandably they don't know which order is mine so I gave to restate what I purchased. After receiving the to bags I say clearly "this is everything?" And get a affirmation of a head nod and a yes. I say thank you and drive off. It is not until I am able to take a look at my food at home do I realize that they forgot a entire burger. I will say this is minor but after all the little things that have taken place to get here I know that when I get back home my food that I paid 33$ for will be cold. I drive back and have to get back into a line that takes another 15 minutes before I get my food and I politely request for a basket of fries to make up for the basket and large fries that have now gotten cold from my previous order. I'm told "you'll have to pay for them" and I understand that but how come I was just given a burger because I said I was missing one? If this is about giving away food shouldn't you have a better track of what food you actually gave to your customers? If so I wouldn't be here. My honest behavior is my downfall in this situation and I only was able to confirm my order because I use the McDonald's app. This service is a facade and I think my request at some extra fries is reasonable to make bygones be bygones. My family has spend thousands of dollars at this establishment and has always received excellent service however not today. In summary, I can no longer recommend this McDonald's location, I am dissatisfied with the service, and I am questioning the thoughtd behind the actions of the employees regarding what they can and can't give me based on their judgement.

  Waited 35 mins in line, no answer at speaker. The car ahead and myself pulled forward due to no answer, they took the order for the person in front at the window. I mobile ordered 2 cokes and when we finally reached the window, one of the 1 night time employees said we must go around again. Proceeded to become pretty rude when we simply stated we've been waiting for 30 mins. If you want an enjoyable experience, please do not go at night time. Save yourself time & money. I was able to get a refund for my cokes, I did use rewards for an iced coffee. Sadly, I won't be seeing those rewards again.
