  I had a very unprofessional experience at this location (2001 Genoa Red Bluff Rd). I placed three separate drive-thru orders, each using a reward code. While the worker at the speaker input them correctly, the price at the window was inaccurate. When I asked for a manager to resolve the discrepancy, she was unable to fix the technical error and instead became defensive. Despite my offer to simply leave—and lose the rewards I had already redeemed—she insisted on 'assisting' only to eventually accuse me of being 'over-aggressive' and telling me to leave. I received a my money back for one order and left without my food. Losing points and all. This was an unnecessary escalation by management over a simple pricing error on their end. I would recommend avoiding this location if you plan on using multiple app rewards.

  So i came in February 16th 2026 around noon and there was a lady who was taking my order she wasn’t wearing a standard manager uniform or crew, had tattoos exposed everywhere for my kid to see a playboy bunny tattoo? i don’t think she was the owner as she had a headset on, as i was getting my order taken she seemed to be in a rush for me to finish my order, then after that when i got my receipt back I waited for my food, as im waiting i can hear the lady that took my order saying that “hurry up ladies, the line is getting clogged” and “do i need to come help you out?” The drive thru and the front were packed so i didn’t mind waiting longer as they’re very busy, but this lady’s attitude and overall treatment towards other people, really made me annoyed, and i told her when she gave my food, that i will NOT be coming back to this location if thats how they treat people who are trying to do their job, i worked fastfood when i was a kid, cannot believe this, i have been coming here for 2-3 years now and this is the only time i’ve ever experienced this, this is just completely unacceptable
