Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I arrived home and opened the 1st burger and it had only one patty instead of 2 and no bacon. My partner opens the 2nd burger and she has no bacon. They charged me 3 dollars to not put bacon. What a scam. This place sucks bc its run by teenagers. wasted 30 dollars in total.

I had to still wait another 20 minutes before I could get a refund. This was at 11 o’clock 12/17/25 . This shift is completely not qualified to work in this establishment.

I waited 15 to 20 minutes in front of the Whataburger I get off go inside and the biscuits and gravy are just sitting on the countertop. I clearly asked what’s the problem and why did they never bring me my stuff outside and they all look discombobulated long story short Customer Service sucks at that restaurant. They need to get their act together. They want to park people they want to take orders and then park people in front and never bring them out very bad Customer Service.
