I went to this location well before closing time, and they told me they were already “closed” — even though their posted closing time is 9:00 PM. It was about 30 minutes early, and the employees said they couldn’t make anything because they had already started cleaning. That’s completely unacceptable. If your hours say you close at 9, you should be serving customers until 9. Instead, they chose to turn customers away early. Honestly, there’s a reason this location isn’t very popular, and it starts with the employees and management. The service was extremely poor, and the whole experience felt unprofessional. I would absolutely not recommend coming here if you expect decent customer service.

This girl and guy working come and open the door and let me browse the menu. After looking for a few minutes, she comes up to me and says “we can’t make you anything.” The store was clean, besides their belongings on 2 of the tables. It was abundantly clear to me they cleaned and closed the store far too early and didn’t feel like cleaning again, so they refused a PAYING customer service. I will never again patron this location if this is the kind of service I get

I could see two ladies behind the wall and even after I politely called for help they didn’t hear me as they were busy on their phones. The music was also incredibly loud so I left. I don’t even think the ladies realized they had waiting customers. Poor customer service.
