  We had an incredible experience at Saltgrass Steak House! The food was delicious, everything came out hot and perfectly cooked, but what truly made the night special was our amazing waiter, Cristian Rodriguez. Cristian went above and beyond from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us at just the right times without ever feeling rushed. His service truly elevated our whole evening. If you’re visiting Saltgrass, ask for Cristian! He turned a good dinner into an unforgettable one. Highly recommend!

  Christian made our day. His service was impeccable and I’m so thankful to have met him. We come here often but this was the first time we had him. Had a great Sunday meal in large part to his service. We will be back for sure.

  Ordered the T-bone because I wanted to "treat" myself. All I can say is dont waste the money. Was the saddest peice of meat I've ever seen. Not even 1/2 inch thick and way overcooked.
