The girl couldn’t keep simple orders straight, seemed really confused and upset with her job. She warmed up my koloches and as I ate one pulling out of the parking lot, it was ice cold in the middle. These are obviously not “freshly” made. No koloches will turn ice cold without being frozen or refrigerated. The quality of the whole experience was crap. We will stick with the better, mom and pop shop right down the street. I know management will come on here saying how they will address the issues, but they don’t. $35 worth of garbage is all I got. Feel free to offer me to email you since no one answers the phone at this establishment. Need to do better with hiring! This generation just doesn’t seem to understand work ethic, customer service etc. just want to be tipped for terrible service and food.
