I called to check if my prescription was ready and was told it was. When I got there, the pharmacist said she didn’t see any prescriptions for me and didn’t even bother to check. She just asked me for the name of the prescription and waited while I found it, which took a couple of minutes. Then she said it wasn’t ready and that I’d have to come back tomorrow because they were about to close. I don’t understand why I had to go through all that if they weren’t going to help me.

I love HEB, it's my neighborhood store--- and of course will continue to shop there. But I do believe that in comparison to the other HEB stores near us, Deer Park/ Webster, the Pasadena HEB shows very minimal effort when it comes to the holidays. Deer Park store looks amazing, had so much decor and has so many options holiday food options as you walk in, and the outdoor /plant area is very nice as well! It makes you want to look around! Not sure if it's because it's a smaller store, but it could look so much better. Other than thattt-- 10 stars :)
