The young girl with glasses working the drive thru was really rude, and I don’t think this is first time I’ve experience that from her either. Right off the bat when she told me to wait a second (I hadn’t even tried to order I was just responding to the automated voice for the app) she sounded annoyed, and kept the tone the entire order, it was very uncomfortable. It sucks working a rush, or being understaffed, etc, but it’s 0 excuse to be mad and annoyed at customers ESPECIALLY those who do nothing but order and don’t give you a hard time at all…. Maybe don’t work at a coffee shop in the morning if you don’t want customers, and it was the morning like what! How you gonna start off your day miserable and put that energy on others 😭
