  This Dairy Queen has the best tasting food of any of the Dairy Queens I have been to in this area. The place is so clean as well. However, we visited this location and ordered cheese with our food, were charged for it and did not receive it. The burgers were burnt and we also noticed we got two tops on one burger and two bottoms on another! LOL. The place was not busy when we came in either. I don't know what happened that day for everything to be so bad. I took a photo of the food with no cheese and had the receipt with the charge of the cheese clearly shown on the receipt. We go there often ever since we found out their food tastes the best. I thought I could just show them the picture with the food and the receipt in the same photo and they would put cheese on our food the next time we came in, but just not charge us for it. I proceeded to order the food with cheese after showing her the picture on my phone. She said nothing and rang up our order. I looked at the total and realized she was charging us for cheese again. I said something and she said there is nothing I can do about it now. You should of returned here the same day it happened. I told her we were already home and starting to eat before we noticed there was no cheese. I am very disappointed in this location now. It's a real shame too. I imagine I will continue to go here since the food does taste the best most of the time, but we will not be ordering any extras on the food since we will not know if we will actually get it.

  Seriously the cleanest restaurant I’ve been too. Food was delicious and the banana split hit the spot. When I come visit my family in the area, I’ll be coming here when I want a sweet treat.

  The Dude has always had a chicken fried steak on a bun. Tonight, we ordered expecting that and got instead such a thin piece of I don’t know what that just tasted like fried batter. The “meat” was nearly invisible and there was no taste of meat at all. For what it costs to eat out, I expect eat more. You’ve lost customers of MANY years. Don’t cut corners and shaft the customer.

  These people are extremely racist and unprofessional! They made me feel very uncomfortable, staring us down from the moment I walked in until I left. My food was undercooked, and when I told the lady at the front, she brushed it off by blaming it on new staff. She didn’t offer to remake my food or give me a refund. I later called to speak with the owner, but he was just as careless and did nothing to fix the situation. I will never be coming back here, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place as well.

  This female worker in front counter some Indian gave me her name samina don't even believe it's really her name was rude at the front counter when the food that they made wasn't even cooked all the way and had a whole bunch of fat in it didn't want to give me my refund had an attitude the whole time it ain't my fault you work at dairy Queen but I will be getting a hold of the owner and corporate on this issue always go to this place never have any problems this place is getting worse I recommend don't go into this place go to any other dairy Queen besides this place
