- CCChristian5 days ago2.0Food was good, but the customer service wasn’t great. They didn’t have lids for the drinks, so I asked if I could get a different cup that had one. The employee told me it would cost extra just to switch cups, which didn’t make much sense. It was a small request, but the way it was handled made the experience disappointing.

He then proceeded to put 1 singular rice grain on my burrito. So then, rightfully so, I asked for a little bit more. He obliged and then proceeded to give me 4 CHICKEN PIECES. I asked for more, and he gave me a normal serving size. I finished ordering what I wanted, and the young lady (nicer than the guy) who wrapped my burrito had no idea what she was doing. I'm pretty sure she just wrapped it like a taco and threw some foil on it. Anyway, I am about to pay, and they charged me double chicken whenever all I wanted was a single REGULAR scoop of chicken. I ended up just leaving. Never going back to that place!!!!
