My wings were actually good, and I was enjoying them when my husband pointed out a MASSIVE cockroach on the floor. He was at least 2 inches in length. My husband quietly went up to the counter to let the young gentleman behind the counter know, who nonchalantly just went and stepped on him, and then was going to go back to work. A young lady that also worked there at least picked him up and threw it away. There was no apology for the grossness of it happening, or any acknowledgement that this was( or should be ) out of the ordinary. Needless to say my 6 wings that were left also made it to the trash. I was so disappointed in the service!

I brought it to the attention of the employee and he was nonchalant about it, like it was his coworker named Jerry. Now granted he did kill Jerry but my wife and I both lost our appetite. So that was $33 wasted. This place needs better management because I would have been beside myself if one of my customers experienced that.
