  They need to get on top of putting the milk back in the fridge, idk what was bad about the coffee but it gave me and my pregnant sister food poisoning. We went at night when it wasn’t busy last night. the girls inside were shaking ass and making TikToks like shouldn’t you be making my coffee? They need to check expiration dates and put refrigerated items back in the fridge. Not left sitting out. I love this place I was extremely dissatisfied my sister had to go to the ER for fluids. I was up until 6 am throwing up. Pm shift needs better training.

  Coffee is amazing. But when I was getting my coffee the 3 employees that hand out the coffee on the outer were petting a dog in a customers car. The said employees didn’t wash their hands and grabbed my order by the top of the cups and handed to it me. That’s unsanitary and not mindful of other customers.

  Most of staff is very friendly and fast, which makes up for the inconsistency of drinks! Was once given milk and syrup without the espresso, but it was quickly fixed. Today I ordered an oat milk mocha, but I think I was given a regular latte without flavor and didn't realize until I took a sip at work. Not a bad drink, but was really craving the mocha. I will continue to visit, but will be a lot more vigilant as to what I am given before I leave. Edit: I believe I may have also been given dairy milk and I am lactose intolerant

  The whole vibe is super energetic and friendly—the "Brew Crew" always gets your day started right. They deliver on the good service, but the main reason I go back is my favorite drink: the Caramel Macchiato. Pulling up to the window feels less like an errand and more like getting a quick, friendly high-five. That positive energy is great, but the Macchiato itself is truly what deserves five stars. Seriously, they get the balance of sweet and strong just right. Unlike a lot of places where the Macchiato can taste like pure syrup, the 7 Brew version hits that perfect spot. The espresso is bold and smooth—it has a deep coffee flavor that stands up perfectly against the creamy milk and the generous amount of buttery caramel drizzled in. You can really taste those distinct layers of caramel, milk, and coffee. If you’re looking for a reliably great drink made with genuine enthusiasm and speed, 7 Brew is a must-try. And for me, having the Pasadena spot closer means my favorite coffee just became a lot easier to get!
