  I ordered a 12pc nugget large meal & my fries weren’t filled all the way up, I should’ve just paid for the small meal at that point, my ordered number is 7595904, can this be fixed?

  Too many times at this place where my order is wrong. Management needs to do some coaching on the employees. They need to review the order before it gets handed out. As many employees they have should be possible.

  Came in on spring break to let me kids play (5 kids) and get a break (9 months pregnant) and of course to have lunch. Sat down ordered on phone ($63 signature member for 2 years now), ordered dine in. Order came fairly quickly in all Togo bags. Never felt more unwelcome and rush to get out in my life. The food here isn't cheap and I drove 15 mins to get here to feel like I need to go? Now, as a full time mom and medical student all while running 2 llcs breaks don't come often for me. I come and spend so much here is get a break and kids love it! However, I bet I would spend less at let's say McDonalds and would have got my food for dine in when ordered that way. Super disappointed in this, as the values of chick are "god willing". Well I'm sure treating people in an unwelcoming way would be frowned upon!

  AMAZING OUT OF THIS WORLD SERVICE! I purchase breakfast for our team every week, and Chick-fil-A is often my choice, because of a shift manager named Jessica. I am ALWAYS warmly welcomed when I walk through the door. However, this past Tuesday, Jessica demonstrated a level of customer service I have never experienced anywhere. Before I even reached the counter to announce I was there to pick up my large team order, she had already prepared everything she knew I would need — my summary business receipt, a water, and an item from my order to eat while I waited for the remainder to be completed. She anticipated my needs before I voiced them. I have traveled all over the United States, Alaska, and internationally. I have worked in distribution management for over 40 years. I recognize truly exceptional service when I see it — and what Jessica demonstrated was elite. This young lady is a credit to Chick-fil-A, to her store team, to her managers, and to her family and community. I cannot adequately express the emotions I felt that morning. Today is Saturday, and I am still thinking about that moment. Jessica represents Chick-fil-A at its absolute best. Thank you SO very much, Jessica, for making my day, week, month and year!
