Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Had a great experience at Whataburger! The hamburger was fresh and full of flavor, and the onion rings were crispy and cooked just right. Service was quick and friendly, which made the whole visit even better. Definitely a spot we’ll keep coming back to!

They have terrible customer service I watched them make my order and then set it aside and pushed it behind three other orders as they made it and I waited for 15 minutes with my order should have been ready by the time frame it said on the app

Paid and then waited 30 minutes for a simple spicy bacon burger. Not even a meal. Never got it. I was going to be late for work if I waited anymore and clearly the staff had no idea how to do anything running back and forth to the only two other cars there multiple times. Pathetic. Never will go to whataburger again.

Whataburger always hits the spot! The burgers are seriously good every time, and that slightly sweet bun just makes it perfect. If you haven’t tried the Prickly Pear Lemonade yet—do it. It’s so refreshing and just the right mix of sweet and tangy.
I love that they’re open all hours, so no matter when the craving hits, they’ve got you covered. Big shoutout to the manager, Jeremy P.—he was super friendly and upbeat, and you could tell his good mood rubbed off on the whole crew. Great food, great drinks, great vibes. Can’t ask for more!
