  Half of my order is wrong/missing and when you try to call the phone don't even connect do not visit this sonic your money will be wasted

  We love Sonic for our drinks but it’s time for Sonic to up their food quality to match their high prices.

  ⭐ 1 Star — Worst Sonic Experience Ever We decided to give Sonic a try and ordered their new smashburgers… huge mistake. The food took forever to come out because the carhop spent nearly 15 minutes trying to find our truck — even though the stall number was clearly printed on the receipt. We literally watched her walk past us several times with our food sitting on her tray while we were right in front of her. Absolutely ridiculous. By the time we finally got our order, the smashburgers were poorly assembled and completely cold. The onion rings were burnt to a crisp — and not in a good way… they were nearly black. The chocolate Diet Coke was thick and sludgy like it had been sitting forever. 🤢 It honestly seems like nobody in the kitchen knows how to do their job. I don’t understand how you get paid to work somewhere and simply can’t function at even the most basic level. This was hands-down the worst experience we’ve ever had at Sonic. I only put one star for only two reasons. 1)The carhop was kind, clueless, but kind.2) because its the lowest option i could select. 🚫🍔

  This is my first time trying sonic and the experience was subpar. We waited over 20 minutes to order and another half hour for the food itself. The servers kept saying they were short staffed even though they seemed fully staffed. I had to go in because they forgot to give me a straw after waiting for a half hour. They overcharged me as well, not giving the me the deal I requested. Save your money and go to Braums next door. The food and service is infinitely better.
