  So first off... it's empty its bare no one here for a place that is a hit back home its.. bare empty. Food was decent cooked fairly was good music was a little loud for my liking.. service was decent just wasn't like I expected.. from someone who lives on east coast.. I can 100% say it could have been better loved the boneless wings decent.. but with everything including environment being empty parking lot and inside empty besides employees I can see why its going down hill and I love pizza hut back home. For these reason it will be a 3 star for me Definitely wont be returning for it being so empty and bare...

  You exchanged good taste with profit. Your pizzas suck. I will not buy Pizza Hut, EVER again.

  Place was disgusting, some long haired white boy was vaping the entire time. All of the staff was rude and the bathrooms looked terrible. Never going there again.

  When we got there, there wasn’t anyone to greet us. We waited for about ten minutes and during that time I noticed another customer that kept making the doorbell sensor go off to try and get someone’s attention and he was doing that long before I showed up so then I walked to the other side where you could see into the kitchen and all the employees were just standing around, talking, laughing, goofing off and ignoring the fact that they had customers, and it also looked like someone had dined in, had removed one slice of their pizza and left the rest of it and walked out. the Paris Pizza Hut is a terrible place to go eat, my family and I walked out without even being greeted once and I even spoke up and said something about it loud enough for the employees to hear, but they just kept right on talking and ignoring us so I will make sure to let everyone that I know and anyone else that will listen to never take their business there ever again I am highly disappointed

  Ordered on the app. I ordered the big new yorker, garlic bread and brownies. The picture of the new yorker showed pepperoni and there was no way to customize for pepperoni. I got a cheese pizza. I didn't get my garlic bread and I received a cheese pizza! My order was $30.04 for a cheese pizza and brownies. The New Yorker was on sale for $10, so that must have been some really expensive brownies. I called and the guy didn't even want to listen. He just wanted to rush me off the phone. He said that Tuesday is their delivery girl's day off and they use a delivery service on that day. He said I would have to get ahold of them to fix it. I didn't even know I was ordering a delivery person to delivery my pizza. And he could have at least provided their contact information. Being too sick to deal with it, I just went ahead and ate some to take my medicine. For all I know Door Dash could have picked all over my pizza. It wasn't sealed. I am just done with Pizza Hut after this experience. Terrible customer service and a dishonest company. I should have just ate some crackers and saved my money.
