  Ordered on the app. I ordered the big new yorker, garlic bread and brownies. The picture of the new yorker showed pepperoni and there was no way to customize for pepperoni. I got a cheese pizza. I didn't get my garlic bread and I received a cheese pizza! My order was $30.04 for a cheese pizza and brownies. The New Yorker was on sale for $10, so that must have been some really expensive brownies. I called and the guy didn't even want to listen. He just wanted to rush me off the phone. He said that Tuesday is their delivery girl's day off and they use a delivery service on that day. He said I would have to get ahold of them to fix it. I didn't even know I was ordering a delivery person to delivery my pizza. And he could have at least provided their contact information. Being too sick to deal with it, I just went ahead and ate some to take my medicine. For all I know Door Dash could have picked all over my pizza. It wasn't sealed. I am just done with Pizza Hut after this experience. Terrible customer service and a dishonest company. I should have just ate some crackers and saved my money.

  They really need to get some good management in this establishment. Everytime I come here I have to wait an additional 20-30 minutes. It’s every single time!! I’m gonna just stop ordering from here because it’s just ridiculous. They don’t know what they’re doing.

  We got a pizza and Bread delivered to us. They said it would take 45 minutes . That’s fine. It took us an hour to get our food. Roads are icy. Understandable . But when we got our food , the pizza was cold, we had to reheat the pizza , and the bread was DRY. No butter no garlic nothing was on it. It looked and tasted like cardboard . I called them and told them about and ask for our money back. They were really sweet and understanding . No problem with the people but the food was not it .

  I ordered a couple of pizzas (the big new yorker) It didnt even have sauce on it. ordered another pizza a PAN supreme and it was hand tossed 🙁 tried to get ahold of them only to not be able too. such a shame how the world is nowdays. and the taste was so bad I threw it in trash.

  I’ll be going to Domino’s from now on. This Pizza Hut location completely dropped the ball on my order and customer service. I placed two orders back-to-back, yet my second order came out first, and I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for the first order to be ready. At the window, I paid for four sauces and clearly asked the employee if all four were in the box. He said yes. When I got home, there were zero sauces included. On top of that, my supreme pizza was hardly “supreme” at all, with very few toppings. I called the restaurant and left my name and number for the manager, who was supposedly busy at the time. I was told I’d receive a call back, but no one ever contacted me. I was simply trying to get a refund for the sauces I never received, but the lack of follow-up and accountability made this experience unacceptable. Poor service, poor communication, and no resolution.
