- CLCrystal LunnDec 7, 20252.0In the span of 30 seconds I was asked what I wanted by all 3 employees. Good customer service? Maybe…The first asked if I needed a minute and I said yes while stepping to the side, the second came over maybe 10 seconds later. They were both kind, so I told her I just needed a second to look. The third came over shortly after and she was pretty rude. I felt rushed so I went ahead and placed my order and my sons. My sister asked her a question and she was extremely short in her response. When my son’s hot chocolate and my sister’s hot latte was handed to us they were very lukewarm. It brought it to her attention and apparently their steamer is out. No posted notice or anything…She was pointed towards a microwave on the bar behind us. That aside the food was delicious and my iced coffee was amazing. & to the rude employee..let the other girls take the orders.

I asked for ice this morning (not to remake my drink) because I barely had any in my iced drink, she proceeds to have a horrible attitude towards me over it so I ended up just leaving. It’s a bummer cause usually I have a good experience and order!

I went into the gas station to use the bathroom, which is right next to the dunkin. When I came out I waited by the bathroom for my husband to get out of the restroom and the half pink haired girl goes "we're closed" I didnt say anything because I didnt realize she was talking to me. Not even 30 seconds later, mind you I didnt try to order at all, she turns around and yells "I SAID WE'RE CLOSED"
