  Went there to get a matcha and the lady gave me something else I told her it wasn’t a matcha and she proceeded to say yes it is then I said no it’s not a matcha is green she proceeded to fix my order to give me a matcha that wasn’t even fully mixed or properly made didn’t put anything I asked for in it bc I get this everyday ik what it taste like I just decided to just leave bc I have work but yall need to do better with yall employees on the phone and making food that’s nasty and im calling osha bc I got a picture of her too!

  In the span of 30 seconds I was asked what I wanted by all 3 employees. Good customer service? Maybe…The first asked if I needed a minute and I said yes while stepping to the side, the second came over maybe 10 seconds later. They were both kind, so I told her I just needed a second to look. The third came over shortly after and she was pretty rude. I felt rushed so I went ahead and placed my order and my sons. My sister asked her a question and she was extremely short in her response. When my son’s hot chocolate and my sister’s hot latte was handed to us they were very lukewarm. It brought it to her attention and apparently their steamer is out. No posted notice or anything…She was pointed towards a microwave on the bar behind us. That aside the food was delicious and my iced coffee was amazing. & to the rude employee..let the other girls take the orders.

  I’ve only had issues with one lady, I come here often with no other issues. She makes my drink wrong anytime she’s been there and always has a horrible attitude. I asked for ice this morning (not to remake my drink) because I barely had any in my iced drink, she proceeds to have a horrible attitude towards me over it so I ended up just leaving. It’s a bummer cause usually I have a good experience and order!
