  We went to the Dairy Queen on Loop 286 in Paris, Texas because I have the DQ app and it said buy one get the second one for 99cents and I had the QR code to scan and the girl at the window said "Oh that is for the mini blizzard only". Nothing on the app said you only had to get the mini blizzard!! This is like the third time they have made an excuse for not letting us use the BOGO!!!! If you don't accept the DQ app with the rewards then you need to put that on your website and a sign at every window in your store. That's pretty lame and cheap of your DQ!!!!

  The counter help here was oblivious, border lining upon rude. When my husband ordered nachos, she asked which cheese he wanted, not mentioning that it was up charge. Maybe most locals know? However a tourist like him who wants to sample DQ’s Texas nachos had no idea. It was even worse when the requested cheese was not included. I also thought it comical that there were some elderly patrons there and The Family Guy was on TV. I am guessing that Fox News had ended a bit ago, but it was funny watching their shock and surprise at the content.

  I asked the girl taking my order if this location had the same happy hour items as the other she said 2 for $5. Yes She then charged me full price for the wraps and fries. When I asked about it she said oh it's just the drinks I don't know anything about the food.

  Just ordered drive thru and ordered 2 jalitos, a burger, 3 tacos, and a blizzard, did not receive my jalitos and they didn't ring up my blizzard as they handed out my food I asked about the blizzard and they said I did not order that. Service today was disappointing
