    Things did get a little crazy today but Jose Luis and the other managers stepped up and helped everyone out right away. This is why I like going to the specific H-E-B only. Angie from Flaming bird is amazing as well.

    Bakery staff need customer training! I went again this morning to purchase a cake for coworker bday and 3-4 bakery employees ignored me standing RIGHT in front of them holding a cake for them to write on. They never acknowledge customers except when upper management is standing by. This is the 3rd time this happens at this location (closest to my house) HEB plus on Shary is further and out of my way but their bakery staff is great! They are helpful and courteous and assisted me this morning with their great customer service.

    We always shop at HEB and have a great experience, the employees are always friendly and give stickers and buddy bucks to our toddler at the check out. We went shopping with our toddler the other day, and Albert in the floral department went above and beyond to make my toddlers day. After walking away with a bouquet, we picked up our items and headed back to the registers. Albert stopped us to give my toddlers a few flowers just for herself after he noticed her having a great time in his department. Truly kind and the reason we CHOOSE THIS HEB OVER ALL THE OTHERS IN MISSION AND MCALLEN.

    I am writing this review because I had a disappointing experience at your store yesterday, which has unfortunately become a recurring issue. H-E-B is my favorite grocery store, and I hope this feedback helps prevent future bad experiences for loyal customers like me. Yesterday was not the first time that items I paid for were forgotten or left out of my cart during checkout. This time, it was the plastic bags I had purchased. While the bags themselves are not a significant expense, the real problem is the inconvenience of having to drive back to the store for items that should have been included. In the past, other items have been forgotten as well, including a specific sauce and a bottle of shampoo. When this happened initially, I thought I was misplacing the items or forgetting to purchase them myself. However, because this is a frequent occurrence, I now realize it is an issue with the packing process at the store. I wouldn't usually complain if this had only happened once. However, when I am consistently missing products that I have already paid for with my own money, it becomes frustrating. I hope you can address this issue with your staff to ensure all paid items make it into the customer's cart or bags before they leave the store.
