I went again this morning to purchase a cake for coworker bday and 3-4 bakery employees ignored me standing RIGHT in front of them holding a cake for them to write on. They never acknowledge customers except when upper management is standing by. This is the 3rd time this happens at this location (closest to my house) HEB plus on Shary is further and out of my way but their bakery staff is great! They are helpful and courteous and assisted me this morning with their great customer service.

We went shopping with our toddler the other day, and Albert in the floral department went above and beyond to make my toddlers day. After walking away with a bouquet, we picked up our items and headed back to the registers. Albert stopped us to give my toddlers a few flowers just for herself after he noticed her having a great time in his department. Truly kind and the reason we CHOOSE THIS HEB OVER ALL THE OTHERS IN MISSION AND MCALLEN.
