- MEMIK E3 days ago2.0I ordered online for curbside and I arrived early. I waited for the time of my drink so I waited about 25-30 minutes outside parked. Nobody came up, there was little to no line. I ordered because it’s my birthday and I ordered for curbside because I didn’t want to get down since I have pain in my legs. Also, I ordered with lite ice and the cup is nearly filled which sucks cause I have sensitive teeth so I just gave it to my son. Hope they’re more considerate of their customers

I ordered at 9:25 am and waited until 9:40 to tell me I still need to wait another 10 minutes just for 2 drinks. As I’m waiting they kept pushing out drive thru and not worrying about the orders that have been placed outside. When asking how much longer they kept trying to say they ordered ahead or they placed it before but in reality they didn’t have any order ahead ready. So we asked for a manager and they looked all confused and a girl came and said I am in charge and said there isn’t a manager. She kept making excuses on why my order wasn’t ready or why it can’t be started on yet. So when we asked for a refund we could see all the people in the back making orders laughing like it was a joke. This is the far worse experience I have had with Dutch. No apology was given or any remorse on how shitty they were being. They need to change their whole crew and hire new people who ain’t rude. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt because it is busy but come on. There is no excuse for what happened today.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
