Was not offered any solution and left with a charge in my card for food I was refused and with no food or resolution. Already closed my chick fila a account permanently and will never return again horrific service and was robbed of my money never eating at any of their franchises again

I waited over 30 minutes for a curbside order, only for an employee to finally come out with the completely wrong items. When I gave the employee my name, they went back inside and returned only to tell me that my order had "already been picked up." I explained that was impossible since I was still sitting right there waiting for it. It was clear they had given my food to the wrong person, but instead of taking responsibility, the staff doubled down. They insisted I already had my food, basically calling me a liar and a thief to my face. After a long back-and-forth, they finally agreed to remake the order, but they did it with an attitude, making it clear they still "knew" I had already picked it up. I’ve never been so insulted as a customer. Mistakes happen, but being accused of trying to steal a meal because the staff messed up the hand-off is unacceptable. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Avoid this location if you value decent service and basic respect.
