After all that waiting, the staff turned the lights off on us and said they were closed, without ever giving us our food. We explained we were waiting, and they gave us cold food and the hot fudge sundae was warmer than the hotdog. Completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. This was an extremely frustrating experience.

- PLP. LAFAYENov 28, 20253.0Food was cold. The cheese on the burger was not melted and was laid on 2 cold patties. I even ask for fresh fries and the 2nd batch was colder than the fist one. Not sure what fresh means to the folks in Sonic. I probably will just stick to the drinks at this location.
