I really liked how friendly and energetic the staff were — they definitely create a positive vibe, and the drive-thru team was upbeat the entire time. The menu has lots of fun drink options, and the Iced Smooth 7 I tried had great flavor. But on the downside, the wait was longer than expected even though the line wasn’t very big. My drink also felt a bit too sweet, even after I asked for it to be “less sweet.” For the price, I was hoping for a little more consistency.

Palestine branch, you really need to bring over the employees that work at the Tyler branches and have them train the staff in Palestine. Extremely poor customer service!!! Also, 7 Brew, kids aren’t meant to be managers, let’s put an adult on shift.
