  Quite unhappy with this location. Just a week ago I told the morning manager that it was a really well ran location. 4 prior stops here were great. Tonight, changed all those good experiences. I ordered online and sat in the lobby waiting. 7 orders all before I ordered received their food. I was next. 15 minutes roll by and still no food. The employee that was handing out all the orders decided to start talking to the employees cooking the food. 5 more minutes later, the employee taking orders felt sorry for me and asked if I was waiting for an order. I told him I was and he went and found it sitting in the food warmer. I just wanted to say thanks Whataburger for the rubbery fries and old burger!

  Was 4th in line in the drive through. 4th…..3 in front of me….. over an hour to get me to the window. I immediately payed only to wait another 45 minutes AT THE WINDOW. I ordered 1 burger meal. AND THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG. Workers had no sense of urgency, never checked in and were doing mundane tasks while people waited for over hours. Save your time and your money by going literally anywhere else

  Sat in the drive-thru 35 minutes stuck by 3 other cars. Sat at the window for a full 15 minutes before my food came out. No one ever came to express anything or give any reasoning or even a talk.

  Since Rachel Gillian took over this Whataburger the service and quality of food have gone completely downhill! Not to mention the amount of employees leaving this establishment in the last 3 months is just around 15, these were great, fun and hard working employees who really cared about the guest! This used to be a great Whataburger when Wesley and Alvin were in charge, the atmosphere was exciting, the employees were very happy and attentive and the food was fresh.. This lady really needs to be checked up on in the way she operates this food establishment, she has done some unscrupulous acts that she has not been held accountable for including the safety and quality of food served, beware when eating at this location!

  This Whataburger is a solid 5 stars for me, no real complaints. Food is always fresh and made right, and the friendly staff does a good job keeping things moving. Place stays clean too. It does get busy during lunch and on weekends, so expect a bit of a wait, but overall it’s worth it.
