I went to the counter and asked the guy if they had any more. He walked over to the drink station, looked in the empty container and said, "I don't think we have anymore." He then proceeded to go and ask someone. The guy he asked seemed like he was in charge. He walked over to the drink station, looked in the empty container and boldly proclaimed, "we are out - we only have regular sugar." No apology no nothing. So after he walked away I took it upon myself to actually open the drink station cabinet - which neither of the two bothered to do and wouldn't you know it a whole box of sweet & low!!! Seriously? How much effort could both of these employees taken to make sure your customer had a good experience??? At least the first guy went to ask someone else. Don't worry about responding to me because next time we will go someplace else - rather use your energy to train your staff to give a crud about the customers that keep them in a job!!!!

I ate here with a group of friends on a Thursday night and everybody enjoyed their meal. It was the freshest meal I have ever had at a Dairy Queen simply amazing.
