  I can understand last minute orders but all I had ordered was a drink and ordered it before closing sat at the stall for about 13 minutes before I got out went to the door only to be told “they didn’t have my order anymore” when I placed it before ten o’clock and paid for it

  This is my local Sonic! Most days they’re perfections, but some days they have a time with employees just like any other place! Typically don’t get service once I’ve pulled in the stall, I almost always order online so I wait a minute before pulling all the way in and I’m able to complete my online order and then wait patiently for it!

  I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience tonight. I’ve been coming here for about a year, and it’s never been this bad. It was around 9:20 PM with only about three customers in the entire place and a full staff working. My girlfriend and I ordered two burger meals and still waited 30 minutes, only to receive cold food. We ultimately had to ask for a refund for our food to finally be brought out.I regret not pursuing the refund. Really disappointing experience. Update: we got food poisoning, we’re not surprised we saw the staff touch trash and then continue to touch everything else from stickers to their till. Was overly optimistic they washed their hands before handling our food, clearly not.

  Best sonic I've been too. Good was fresh and delicious. Came out pretty quick, and carhop was very sweet
