  Everything was fine until I placed my order. I have a big family, so I ordered a large amount of food—which shouldn’t be an issue, as it’s their job to serve customers regardless of order size. However, the staff’s immaturity was surprising. Two employees laughed in my face about how much I was ordering, which was both unprofessional and unnecessary. Their behavior made me feel uncomfortable, and the overall customer service was disappointing. If these workers continue to behave this way, I honestly won’t be returning.

  Trash all over lobby floors , floors are nasty need mopping , restrooms are filthy paper towels are over flowing the trash can. Urine on the floor in front of urinal. Young employees playing around up at cash registers . Watched several customers come back with orders because it was complete or not done right . Food a trash in cooking area far as you can see in the back. Tables have trash on them an need to be wiped down

  Look up the word suck in the dictionary and you'll find a picture of this location. It took me 20 minutes to get anyone to give me my drink and another five to give me a straw because they were out in the lobby. Obviously overworked and understaffed, with staff that don't care about lobby customer service. This place is a joke and needs to close down if they can't handle things after 9:00. It's pretty sad....

  Clean dining area and bathrooms. Easy off I-10. Friendly service. Food is standard bill o' fair. Decent little stop for travelers.
