  It's an easy access location if you're traveling east on I10 between Beaumont and Orange.

  The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Whataburger. When we pulled up to the drive thru, we weren’t greeted, the man just said “Whataburger”. As we were ordering, he kept cutting off my husband saying “what else, what else, what else”. No total was given, just told pull up. Our food a large fry, large Diet Coke and 2 grilled chicken sandwiches were so haphazardly made, my sauce, lettuce and tomato were literally on the side of my sandwich in the wrapper. There was no receipt given and the person in the drive thru was wearing a black hoodie with skulls, no uniform nor name tag though I know from the voice he was not the one that took our order. We frequent this location on our travels from TX to Louisiana but if this is the way they’re going to treat people I’ll continue down to the other location in Orange on 16th.
