Enjoy whataburger when traveling. Food was good, service was slow. They were fairly busy on Saturday afternoon. I tried the grill chicken sandwich, chicken tasted burnt and old.

Worst Whataburger I have ate at, just wondering why I paid so much for this service and poor quality of food. You guys can’t have both either have high price with excellent food and service or lower your prices and sell horrible food and service.

On Jan 24th, I was at a nearby hotel trapped by the winter storm. This location said it was open. With no vehicle available to me, I triple layered and walked a mile in the snow and 14° temp to get here since it was the only place still operational. The dining room was locked, despite many employees inside and a long line of trucks in the drive through. I knocked and a several employees looked at me, one of them shook his head “No.” I tried to signal to him that I had no car and walked there. He shook his head “no” again and they all looked away from me. Nobody ever came to the door to speak to me. They ignored me and forced me to walk the mile back in the snow and 14° weather with nothing but an empty stomach. Out of all the fast food places in the world, I never imagined it would be Whataburger that would treat a customer like that, especially in Texas. Mind blown. Super disappointed. Pretty much killed any future desires of returning to any location anywhere.
